Welcome to Bounce! By downloading, accessing, or using the Bounce mobile application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Overview of Service

Bounce provides a digital platform that connects customers with merchants and service providers (including salons, queue management services, rental cars, wedding cars, and food outlets) for real-time queue joining and appointment scheduling.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details updated.

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Terms for Customers

• Queue & Bookings: Joining a digital queue or booking an appointment constitutes a commitment to arrive at the merchant's location on time.

• Cancellations: If you are unable to fulfill an appointment, you must cancel your booking promptly through the app to allow fair access to other users.

4. Terms for Merchants (Service Providers)

• Account Activation & Recharges: Merchants must maintain an active subscription or sufficient account balance. bounce.lk (PVT) LTD reserves the right to temporarily disable queue bookings or deactivate accounts that have expired or require recharging. 

5. Limitation of Liability

Bounce acts solely as an intermediary technology platform connecting customers and merchants. We are not directly responsible for the quality, safety, or punctuality of the physical services provided by registered merchants, nor for any disputes arising between customers and service providers.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
