• Location Data: Real-time geographic location data is collected to calculate the distance between customers and registered shops/service providers, and to facilitate accurate branch mapping.

• Booking & Queue Data: Information regarding your appointments, queue numbers, service preferences (e.g., Quick Spot, VIP Express, Rental Cars), and transaction history.

• Device & Technical Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens required to send real-time push notifications.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To provide, maintain, and improve our real-time queue and booking management services.

• To notify users regarding booking status, queue updates, and merchant alerts via push notifications.

• To calculate travel distance and display nearby service providers accurately.

• To manage merchant accounts, track daily earnings, and monitor service performance.

• To maintain app security, prevent fraud, and provide customer support.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We only share information in the following circumstances:

• Between Customers and Merchants: Necessary booking details (such as customer name, phone number, and order ID) are shared with the respective merchant to fulfill the requested service.

• Service Providers: We utilize Google Firebase and Google Cloud platforms for secure database hosting, analytics, and cloud messaging services.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including secure cloud storage and encryption, to safeguard your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

5. Your Rights & Account Deletion

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information. You may log out or request permanent account deletion directly through the app settings or by contacting our support team.
